Our Programs

The core value of our organisation is to work with Multicultural women to guide and support them stand up for themselves by looking out for their well-being and bettering their mental health and embrace their best self, inside and out. We want to see women participating in, and contributing to our community.

The Kritha is the best, safest, most inclusive and welcoming space for multicultural women around Melbourne.

We want to see women embrace their femininity. We want to see know their worth and be self-sufficient. We want to see the wider community respect women’s voice, culture, identity, rights, and aspirations. We want to see women having strong sense of self-expression and being heard in all the issues that, in any matter, affect them.

This is our work, Kritha teams work on the ground consistently bringing women together through different programs such as Festive Gathering, School holiday camping, Family camping, fitness and meditation sessions, mental well-being sessions, knowledge sharing sessions and Global Kitchen activities. We organize weekly and annual events and deliver our unique training in health, respectful relationships, cultural awareness leadership, and employment pathways. These programs help women grow as a better person to accomplish their desire in their lives.

We are here to provide a better space for multicultural women and for that, we must work, talk, learn and grow together.

Sudha Sharma

  • Sudha is a Certified Meditation trainer from Heartfulness Institute with experience of over 15
    years teaching and 30 years practicing Meditation.
  • In her recent experience she has conducted a Meditation session for Consulate General of India
  • Collaborated with Melbourne University. She also conducts corporate Wellbeing training through meditation at Australia Post and Jemena.
  • In her day job she works as a Data Architect with Jemena working on Strategy and Solution for IT
    projects.



Priya Amulraj

  • Priya is a Certified Life Coach/ a Mental Health Coach and a Motivational speaker
  • She was once a victim living a depression stuck life a few years back is now in a mission to help people become self-empowering individuals, to be emotionally strong and to help them unleash their true potentials to lead a best life possible
  • She has been helping people overcome various challenges and personal growth related concerns that we go through in our day to day life such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, anger management and all sort of mindset issues and limiting thoughts to name a few through her short term yet effective coaching sessions that’s provided in a safe and non-judgemental space



Pavithra

Pavithra is a nutritionist and wellness coach. She completed her Masters of Human Nutrition from Deakin University and is also a certified fitness trainer with qualifications in yoga and ayurveda. She has over 7 years of expertise in assisting clients manage their PCOS, diabetes, thyroid, and hormonal imbalances.

Pavithra specializes in women’s health offering practical and sustainable guidance rooted in the principles of ayurveda, science, and evidence, to support you on your holistic health journey.
